Instructions for use of the Allfires website.
Our website enables you to view many of our selection of gas fires, electric fires, living flame fires, stoves & boilers then either contact the office via email for further details or order you fire online via our secure email server. There are more details of our secure email ordering at the bottom of this page.
Using our site to order your fire is so easy, and remember, all our fires are priced to include VAT and delivery so there are no extras to pay except a 1% service charge levied by the bank! Simply click on the make of fire you wish to view from the selection on the left, then select the individual fire from the list. You will see the details, price, and a picture of the fire (where available) and you simply click on the Add to Cart button which will transfer the details into your cart. There is a full search facility if you only know the name of the fire but not who makes it.
When you have chosen your products simply click on the checkout button which will transfer you to our secure server for you to complete your details. These details are encrypted and secure (see bottom of page for security details) and you can be sure no-one else will be able to view your details.
We will then contact you to arrange delivery of your chosen products.

Why shopping at Allfires is so safe
Web browsers can operate in "normal" mode and in "secure" mode. You can tell which mode your browser is in by looking at the toolbar at the bottom of the browser window. Allfires supports industry standard Internet encryption 40 bit SSL when you make an order from our site, with the credit card details being encrypted using a 448 bit asymmetric key. In addition the website software that Allfires uses holds a digital certificate from Thawte that is compatible with Netscape and Microsoft browsers.
When you enter your details on the order form, your browser will automatically inform you that encryption is being used. Furthermore, all data stored on our secure order server is protected by a firewall. All credit card details are kept encrypted at all times and only used when processing the order.
